I am writing a review for this wonderful surgery I currently am being helped by Dr Toth and the surgery and I cannot speak any higher of them all The support professional attitudes and help has been so appreciated by myself and I would highly recommend this doctors to anyone . Thankyou

Not sure where to start!!! To get a prescription from this surgery, even from a letter from a hospital, is impossible. Due to Covid-19, they have a new implementation of how to request prescriptions. This was the expectable part. Other then that, this is the worst customer service I have ever received. As per their new procedure, I left my prescription request in their box outside the surgery and waited three days before calling and asking them if it is ready. To reach and find out that the prescription list was lots, I needed to write a second one, for which I needed to wait a more extended period as weekend days the doctors are not working ( apparently). This cost my Grandma to miss her medications by four days and resulted in her going for a whole month in the hospital in DVH. People in the surgery should be ashamed to call themselves essential workers and work under the scope of NHS. I don't believe what is happening to us and how mistreated an old lady of 70 is, which brings us to today. When my Granny finally is out of the hospital with a new list of medications. I requested a couple of days ago through the pharmacy app (not a first time) to find out that surgery in Gravesend has sent the prescription to a pharmacy in SCOTLAND!!!!!! Where clearly in the app, the location of the pharmacy is stated !!! This is the STUPIDITY level (I AM NOT SORRY FOR MY WORD USED) I have to face every month, To get my granny LIFE THREATING MEDICAMATIONS.
