Just wanted to update my phone. Got in done in no time. The young lady who dealt with me was great. She understands what I wanted & she knows the products that she was selling. It got to be VERY BIG THANK YOU TO HER. The rest of the staff were happy & smiling & shop was very clean and tidy.

I have been an EE customer for many years so when I wanted to get my niece a phone for her birthday it was my first place to visit. They very kindly helped her through the choices on offer and gave he some great advice. Needless to say she was very happy and thinks I'm a great aunt.. thanks EE!!

It was horrifying! I was buying a phone and went to the till to pay the money and the worker asked me what game I play and that he wanted to play with me. I was shocked at that point and tried to give the money saying I don’t play games. The guy kept insisting and then I had enough and walked out. Weird people work here.
