After our wedding was cancelled a number of times due to covid-19, we decided to go with Elite Venue as they were able to accommodate our ever changing date and schedules. From the outset, Davin made us feel extremely welcome and introduced us to an array of services they offer in house which included all the main essentials; catering, décor etc. We decided to go with all their in-house services as again, they were the most flexible in terms of our needs. Tan, from Rouge Events (the in-house decorator) was extremely helpful in taking our vision and pulling out all stops to ensure all expectations were met. The team truly surpassed all our expectations when designing the wedding stage and all the venue décor. Every single one of our guests (albeit just 15 due to the restrictions) were wowed by the décor and set up throughout the venue. It genuinely felt like entering a magical and enchanting space. The catering for our wedding was also provided by Elite Venue themselves, and it was delivered faultlessly. The team again, were incredibly hands-on in helping us design a menu fit for a regal banquet! Our guests were truly astounded by the food service which could rival any fine dining establishment and the taste of every dish was commended by all; the chefs are undeniably world class. From the moment I made the booking, we had constant and very helpful communication about every aspect of the wedding. On top of that, on the actual day Davin himself was available and at our call throughout the day providing an all-round event management ensuring every aspect of the wedding was going according to plan. We thank Davin & team from the bottom of our hearts for looking after us so well and we cannot ever think of hosting a family event anywhere else!

Great little venue with 3 rooms to choose from, a good, a better and a best. Small, medium and large. Bronze, silver and gold. We have been attending parties here now for a few years. Well worth looking at renting a room for your special occasion.
AVOID!!!!!! SAVE YOURSELF! REVIEWS ARE TRUE!!! Terrible place with disgusting communication. Booked to see the place at 3pm, got there after a long drive to find all was locked and nobody picking calls no more. I used a different number to call then they pick up and realised it was me then hung up!! Furious, disgusted but also happy because it shows they are very shady and untrustworthy. Looking at other reviews, its best not to book these people if you truly want a pleasant service. Wish it could be minus 5 starts!!
With COVID-19 I have sent a chain of emails demanding a refund Darwin. I was suppose to get married on the 10/07/20 and you simply say I will get back to me and you don't why would you do that to someone. Do you know how hard we worked to save up. Pay me my now in full if not I will take this further!!!!!
It was a cosy setting (thanks to the event planner and hall decorators), and a good event location. There is an unbelievably large space for parking. I understand that there are three halls here altogether, and from all indications the place is a favourite for event planners. On the day I first visited, the hall the celebrant booked was in use. On the eve of the event I attended, it was also hosting a party. Music is allowed up until 1am and guests must leave by 2am at the latest. I found it curious though that no member of management available to attend to a few enquiries.
