My drop-off experience : nobody at the Europcar booth and no sign at all on the road to show the car park direction. The lady at the Hertz booth was kind enough to call the Europcar branch for me to get information on where to park my car... 15 minutes of terrible music later, they answered they don’t have the information. Finally someone from Europcar Dartford picked-up and told me to go to the premier parking. Fortunately I was early for my train! I just lost 30 minutes ! Not a good experience today...

Does not answer the phone at all. Does not confim bookings outside opening hours even though it should possible based in the information on their website. Terrible service. Should be avoided!
