No hidden charges and phones repaired in exactly an hour as promised, with a text message to confirm the phone is ready for collection. Friendly team in the shop as well. Highly recommend.

Brilliant service received, I managed to shut my phone in the car door Rob replaced the screen while I waited and fitted a new screen protector. Price wise I think he is extremely fair for the service I received! Highly recommended if you smash your phone screen.
I had broken the charging port on my Samsung Tablet. I contacted Game Shack and they were able to mend it. Cost 60 money well spent otherwise 200 to replace it. I was impressed by their knowledge, friendly welcome and cost of the repair. Would highly recommend. This is a small local business and I was very impressed
The young lady that met me at the door was so lovely and kind and very informative. My phone screen was repaired quickly and very well done, can’t fault anything. I also payed for a case and screen protector and the helpful young lady also put the screen protector on for me. 100% recommend to everyone! Helpful, professional and reasonably priced. Will definitely use this place from now on
I rang this company yesterday, having found them after a Google Search. The man I spoke to was so polite, friendly and helpful. He spent a long time explaining my options, for repairing an older smart phone I had, that I didn't want to update. I visited the shop today. Wow!! What amazing service from \Tom\, he checked my phone right out, and to my amazement, having prepared myself for a really expensive bill, he said it was the charger!!!! He also not only had what I needed in store, which was very good value for money, but opened it all and showed me that it worked perfectly now!! I cannot thank him enough!! Also, I cannot rate this company high enough!! Very Highly Recommended Indeed!!
