I went there today as a first time patient for an examination. The receptionist was really friendly and they were very safe in terms of COVID, only having a maximum of two people in the waiting room at all times. The two ladies I saw (unfortunately I didn’t get their names) were absolutely lovely, and really put my mind at ease as I’m an anxious patient when it comes to going to the dentist, but tbh I think I’d almost enjoy going again after seeing them today. Would recommend this place to anyone in the area who is looking for a new dentist and who like me gets really nervous about going to the dentist because they really make you feel comfortable. Booked and paid in advance for a tooth extraction only to receive a text a week later cancelling my appointment which was still 30 days away. Thankfully I managed to be seen by another surgery much faster albeit for slightly more money. You get what you pay for I suppose.
Brilliant dentist, I have Imran sheikh, lovely man, very calm with me as I am nervous, and then I don’t know why I get nervous cos it doesn’t hurt, he’s very gentle. Lovely reception team especially the young lady Deana. Very clean throughout dentist, highly recommend.
Unable to get a person to person response from dental clinic - only an answerphone that told me to contact dental services in Medway. When message left on the Medway number asking for a response re my 93 year old father suffering from considerable pain in lower tooth and emergency response requested for consultation/treatment; nobody had still bothered to call me back by the end of day despite my message having been left just after 9am stating the concerning nature of the situation. Immediate response and treatment provided by an independent dentist local to where he lives in the early afternoon with no problems whatsoever experienced. Shame on you Medway dental services !!!
In 4 years, as a client of this clinic I have never been served so negatively, by the two receptionists in charge on 08/26/2020 (never seen before) at 3.15 pm for a \justified\ delay they did not have the awareness & professionalism to listen to the consumer with the aforementioned proofs, they assumed a detached, discriminatory, harsh, spiteful attitude, transmitting hostility & agitation by canceling \instantly\ the appointment. This is certainly not the right, motivated attitude that a client expects to receive ...Indeed, acceptance must serve, listen, support and make any effort so that its customers are satisfied at best. The most incorrect practice & the subtle mockery was to receive a message encouraging the patient to fill out an online questionnaire minutes before the appointment and then omit this procedure in person, demanding at all costs to repeat it in the clinic, letting it go the time of the visit - stressing the people otherwise the visit was not conducted (a kind of threat - challenge). It is absolutely not tolerable to classify a person (in this case from the staff of the clinic to the client, of whom you do not know and attend, with adjectives ot concerning\ his personality, maybe because you cannot please everyone) but I hope that in your life path you would never find yourself suffering a mishap & delay in an appointment that you can be treated \illegally\ as you have operated towards me. (Don't do to others what you wouldn't want them to do to you!). I advice against & do not recommend this place! I urge you to improve the attitudes & methods of accessibility services at the reception and to be more intelligible with customers since on this Earth we are all mere mortals and people are remembered for a good deed over retaliation and the structure could suffer a negative performance over time.
