I sold my car today to Kent Vehicle Solutions talking with Andrew. I don't think that there could be a better experience selling to a trader. They gave me the best trade price (via Wizzle) over all other traders, after I had submitted FSH data and full bodywork photos. They travelled 150 miles to pick the car up and gave me the price they promised beforehand, no messing. They even transferred the money first before handling the change of ownership. Also they were very polite and pleasant people. The V5C/change of keeper was very simple, doing it online there and then, no problems at all. Many thanks to KVS for a stress free trade!

Sold my Z4 to Sean today, excellent communication, very fluid transaction. He sent his expert to meet me to check over the car based on my information. Having struck the deal the night before, I felt confident I wouldn't be "haggled", a minor issue that was expertly picked by Graham meant a minor adjustment in the price. Overview:- Highly recommended Quality service Efficient, communicative Punctual In essence what can sometimes be an onerous task was in actuality to be a breeze. Many thanks.
I"m changing my review here as what was initially a good transaction, is now a nightmare. Don't trust these traders, Sean in particular. I sold my car with the trust that the trader (Sean) would transfer the logbook of the car and send me confirmation of this asap. He still hasn't done so. Obviously, with the Covid situation as well as a late pick up of the car (10pm on a Friday evening) we both agreed that I should place the V5 in the central compartment of the car and he'd take care of it. He also promised to send email proof of this, which he hasn't (I have evidence of this via text messages). I have been trying to contact him to ask why and he has not responded to any messages (3 weeks worth) until today, which he informed me that the car is now with a buyer/trader and nothing since, leading me still in full ownership of the vehicle. I am currently still paying monthly tax on the vehicle and am worried that if anything happened, frankly, I'm going to be responsible. He has been completely dismissive of the impact this could have on me and unprofessional in his conduct and communication once he got his end of the deal done. The money he paid me (which wasn't a lot considering potential resale value once the car is fixed) I'm now paying back in tax. Once again. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY! Also, beginning to get the impression the company is bogus as the website is conveniently down and their 'open 24 hour opening times' don't have anyone to answer the phone - straight to voicemail!
Excellent communication, prompt responses and an excellent driver/ service. Sean was a pleasure to deal with, respectful and eradicated all possible hassle.
