Excellent Service. Chair mostly as described (I think its more grey than lilac, but this is good as grey goes better!). Everything in good working order, and very reasonably priced. Purchase very quick, easy and efficient. Delivery arranged well, actual delivery not so good, but I think this was down to the courier rather than the furniture company. Would recommend, and would do business with them again.

If they are buying anything from you, make sure you get full payment in advance. First I got 40%. Chased them and I got another 20% and still waiting for the remainder 40%
