Best landlords/ letting agent i've ever used. Any problem , give them a ring and they send a man round. Always spot on with boiler safety checks. Staff are friendly and polite. They use the TDS scheme and for the first time ever, having lived in rented accomodation for 20 years i actually got all my deposit back. Very fair. You do have to 'jump through a few hoops' like credit checks etc. but well worth it as their rent prices are usually a bit cheaper than the average. Was with them for 4 years at my last property in chatham.
