Not trustworthy at all. Here is what I have learnt from my experience. Avoid if you can. But if you are a tenant, take photographs of single thing, no matter how trivial. Because they do not go for a third party inventory check and do ot on their own, you would be at their mercy at the end of the contract. I got away with quite a few things they were asking me to do because of photographic evidence. That included extended water damage to walls which was there in photos and they told me theice that the oven was valet cleaned before we came. It was clearly not. Lucky photograpghs again. I still ended up paying more than I should ha e, having professional cleaner cleaning before i left. But people who ha e their money stuck cannot leave it their for long and other legal measures take long. While for them, its their job. So don't get ripped off, take precautions
