absolutely beyond pathetic, having a medical issue and being sat on hold to even speak to receptionist for half an hour is beyond a joke. Will be moving doctors immediately

I registered with Oakfield Health Centre about a month ago. The receptionist staff were all so helpful and professional and the nurse who took my blood tests for my health check was so nice, communicating to me in such a friendly manner putting me at ease. My first appointment with the doctor was a worrying one with breast problem. The doctor was so nice talking to me in a caring way, putting me at ease. His referral to the breast clinic at Darent Valley hospital was so quick and I was seen within 10 days of his referral and everything was fine. I'm happy that I chose this GP Health Centre after moving from London to Gravesend The only minor issue I have is the length of time it takes to answer the phone especially in the morning. But once you get through the staff are helpful and polite.

The Doctors, Practicioners, Nurses and Reception team at this practice are absolutely lovely. They do, however, need to solve their phone answering problem. I am guessing they are on half staff for social distancing purposes but I had to wait 46 minutes and 10 seconds for an answer the other day. Once I got through they could not have been more helpful but folks you must solve your telephone problem. A big thank you though for the availability of blood testing at the Practice.

I tried so many times to get through on the phone .no one answers at all .I’m on the phone for about 16 minutes and second time I phoned (same day 10 minutes later ) I was on the phone for 23.minutes and 46 seconds .I gave up so I drove round there and no one would speak to me at the for .even though I had a mask on .I’m really concerned that I really need to speak to someone . This gets me so angry that there’s people at the desk but no one is picking the phone up .this is not fare on any of us as patients .very disappointed

I have sent numerous emails and tried to contact this surgery however without success, it is rediculous if your health care is left in the hands of these incompetent doctors you will have no luck with your medical issues BEWARE AT ALL COST your health is the most important thing but left in the hands of this practice your be seriously ill or even worse dead! It is a shame back in the day when doctor Harris was practicing here it was a good surgery but has drastically gone down hill !!!
