Had great half day here, boys loved it. Also tried out the VR zones which were awesome. Staff very friendly and can't wait to visit again.

I like the whole idea you guys have in here and the layout of the shop as well but since u offer different games from different consoles I would like to see the unique controllers for each one of these consoles.Also there isn’t enough privacy when u actually play any games down here any one can interrupt you at any given time.Let me put it this way if I pay for 3 hours or any other amount of time to play games I would like to do it by my self or with the party that I came together.So here’s a small tip have some type of a barrier between all of those screen/couches so that each person can have some privacy when playing.Still love the shop just would love to see some minor changes so that I could become even better.

Booked a few weeks ago to go on Saturday for 4 people for a friends birthday - drove half an hour to get there, paid for parking and arrived 15 minutes before we were due, only to find it all closed up with a sign saying 'we are closed'. Tried to call the number but said it was no longer in use, so I messaged them on their business page to ask what was happening. Waited around for a little while and received a message back simply saying they've had to close today and apologising for the inconvenience, which frankly wasn't good enough. After speaking with a passing security person he told us they had actually been closed all week. I asked for an immediate refund as we then had to drive around to find something else to do for my friends birthday - luckily we managed to book elsewhere at short notice, however this cost over twice as much and we had to drive a further half an hour. I finally received a refund 2 days later after me having to message them several times. I wouldn't have minded if we had received an email before we arrived, but the way they handled it was completely unprofessional - I will not be rebooking again.

Pretty much the best store in Gravesend to buy games. Great little store with loads of different games, consoles gaming accessories and memorabilia as well as really friendly and professional staff who know what they're talking about. One of my favourites places in town.

Absolute joke! Booked today for 3 o'clock for the 2 hour VR experience for 4 people. I Booked this a month ago recieved confirmation email. However when we turned up the shop is shut number not working. Emailed twice finally recieved an email back saying they arnt open today! Paid petrol, parking and for the experience and now left with a birthday celebration spoilt and no contact from owners before hand. Do not waste your money here!!!!

A fantastic independent gaming shop in Gravesend that Focuses on VR gaming experiences as well as in store gameplay brilliant place to pick up brand new games as they hold midnight launches which is becoming more of a rarity within the industry and also tournaments a refreshing breath of fresh air within the St George's Centre definitely worth a visit
