There was live music on the night we visited and the singer was absolutely fantastic. She had a really amazing voice and seemed like a lovely warm person too. We really enjoyed the few songs we heard. We would have loved to have stayed longer, but there was a group of ladies having a fab drunken time, which wasn't really what we wanted for the evening. Not that they bothered us, it was just a party atmosphere and we were after a quiet romantic drink. We had a glass of prosecco and a pint of Peroni, which came to 11, which seemed a bit steep. I'm not sure if he was joking or not, but when my partner paid with the correct money the barman said "No tip?". We were served at the bar, so no table service and hadn't built any level of rapport with the barman, so his comment came off as rude. It made us feel a bit awkward, as it's not usual to tip for non-table service.
Grate live music. Good selection of wines, spirits and beers. Nice food.
The prosseco bar has a fun friendly atmosphere that i really enjoyed and everyone there customers and staff a like were really friendly . the food was very tasty but a bit on the pricey side for Gravesend I think. The actual decor of the bar is another thing entirely everything is so pretty I think the bathroom s the nicest pub bathroom in all of Gravesend
Great atmosphere, live singers. Peroni on draught was good. Maybe one or two other beers would be better.
Pricey but great ambience. Lovely place
Please take done the Italian flag as you do not deserve it! To serve me an ‘Italian’ meat and cheese selection tapas with English cheddar cheese is an absolute disgrace let alone apparently running out of prosciutto and not even saying, 6 slices of packet purchased salami, 2 sticks of English cheddar cheese and some cheap certainly not Italian olives for over 7 is daylight robbery, let alone the other 3 tapas dishes of bland bruschetta (sliced soft baguette), emnemic prawns looking boiled and certainly not pan fried with not even a hint of flavour or seasoning to then serve the warm prawns on a plate with chopped up iceberg spells out complete amateurs to me, the whitebait dish was actually quite nice in comparison although again served with plain undressed warmed iceberg. Wine was lovely I will say and I would return for the bar and wine menu and general ambience but cetainly never again for food. The waiter and most staff have no idea about service, waiter was incompetent. Truly overpriced, bland, unauthentic food that was cooked by someone with no experience or knowledge of Italian food. I actually feel robbed of my hard earned money and quite angry about the whole experience. Also you may want to remove the pasta and focaccia menu from your website if you no longer serve this food, this place has obviously changed they’re direction many times and just seems lost. My recommendation is to concentrate on the drinking side and forget the food altogether, and maybe list some proseco as a couldn’t see any on the menus and I shouldn’t really need to ask in a ‘proseco’ Bar. Also maybe try turning down the bass for your singer as I couldn’t hear him sing with a microphone let alone listen to my wife talking...the bass actually was shaking the cutlery
Pleasant decor, slightly over priced for area but understand this determines the clientele. Very quiet for a Saturday night.
