I instructed Rex Cowell Solicitors because they were able to solve the problem created by my conveyancing Solicitor. In a series of escalating and obscure exchanges with the Land Registry we received an impenetrable letter that made no sense to me. Rex Cowell Solicitors explained that it contained code to say that “if you send the application again we will approve it” Rex Cowell Solicitors are experts in Land Transaction disputes and problem solving related to the Ownership of Land.
