As a recovering cancer patient, Beaumont drive surgery were negligent so I started using their sister surgery in Rochester Road. They have been unable to follow simple requests with regards to my prescriptions, leaving me short of vital medication on numerous occasions.

Professional and efficient staff
It takes 15 days to register you. 15!!!!!! I wouldn’t bother if I wasn’t so desperate for my prescriptions. So now I’ve got to go to the walk in centre, lucky me.
My wife gave birth two months ago . She attended this surgery only to be threatened with the police despite being vulnerable at the time. My wife has lived in the UK for a decade and never committed crime or even associated with crime , yet she was treated like a criminal. This practice of racial profiling and criminalising in this surgery and the UK needs to STOP. It is a crime against humanity. This surgery is lacking in treating people with dignity and respect.
Called in and waited for so long just to be told that there’s no appointment and have to go somewhere else which I could not go to. When I started to ask when there’s another appointment available they hung up on me! The staff are rude and pointless!
