Amazing Motion

Placed order on 7th December - still awaiting my product now - only days before Xmas Eve. NO RESPONSE from email, They DO NOT ANSWER the phone (just on hold for hours). Very disapointed having spent such a large sum of money. Would only recommend that you AVOID AT ALL costs.

Ordered a bundle on 12th November for immediate delivery. Then notified it would be end of November. Then notified it would be 12th December. Then when still not delivered 15th December. Then 17th December... it’s still not here ... apparently it might be here for 23rd ... not looking good for Christmas.

The staff in the shop were fabulous with myself husband and my daughter who the board was for. Explaining everything she needed to know and answering all the questions she had, instead of just selling us the board and letting us go with no information. A fantastic shop with fabulous staff.

Item came after the special day had to call send email to get update. Not happy if anyone ordering from them order way before your special day. When we ring them they told us you can cancel your order we can't do anything.

AVOID THIS COMPANY very expensive items and break within weeks. They don’t have space parts for the boards and just say you need to buy a new one. Really unhelpful and they don’t care that you have already spent hundreds of pounds with them. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID these people if you don’t want to be ripped off.
