Absolutely awful company and horrendous customer service! Stephen was all smiles when he came round to quote, saying how professional he was and what a good job they will do! The work took a day longer than originally agreed which left me and my baby without any heating! They refused to take the radiators off as originally agreed because it was too ‘hard’ all the two guys did who was working for Stephen was moan all day at the top of their voices how they wish they was on benefits and hate working for him! When the job was eventually done the plastering was awful, it was meant to be finished ready to paint. They told me to turn on heating to dry out the plaster which meant that the radiators leaked and ruined my flooring as they hadn’t capped them off properly! They plastered over sockets which were ready for my electrician to work on. Stephen was constantly asking me when he could collect the money but I could tell something was up so refused to give it to him until I got my damp proof certificate and the work was finished! When I complained to Stephen about the work he refused to come round saying he didn’t have time to come round. He said he’s sick of people moaning about his work and the ‘piss off’ amongst other things I will not write online. He is now not answering any phone calls and I’m having to take legal action! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I gave this company one star just to beable leave a review. Not only is this guy steven useless at damp proofing the platering is horrendous. I will not leave this . He came back after weeks of me contacting him and still did a poor job. Ive given him ample opportunity to fix this but to no success. Court action will be my next plan. Please please do not use this company

I wish i'd seen these bad reviews before we employed this company. We used them back in 2014 and the service and work was awful in equal measure. He ended up screaming at me on the phone and swearing askign for his money when i challenged him about the workmanship. I was 9 months pregnant at the time. Fulyl aware that the warranty is now not worth the paper it's written on. Avoid at all costs.

Worst company ever. Steve will do the work and tell you how professional his company is. They gave me a 20 year warranty for damp work they carried out. However within a year the damp course clearly failed. be warned they will take your money and when things go wrong dont expect them to honour the warranty. Steve has now said he hasn't the funds to honour my warranty. He initially failed to acknowledge the poor work he carried out and instead blamed the damp.on a lack of ventalisation, which was complete rubbish. Ever since he has promised to call me but doesn't, despite me leaving numerous messages I have lost nearly 4,000 what a scam. Avoid at all costs Tried my best to resolve this issue however have been unsuccessful. *AVOID AT ALL COSTS*
