I find it hard to believe how RUDE and UNHELPFUL the receptionists are at this surgery. I think they go on a power trip and forget they're only receptionists! The impact they have on people's health is very real and by doing such a terrible job they make the patients lives a misery. The manager should sack them ALL and start again.

Registered with this practice from 1988 - 1997 added my late husband and our 3 children to this practice as we had them. Overall quite happy with this practice its maternity an care for children and its staff during those years.
