Late-night food
Not going to lie was very excited for the food but then it took over and hour after contacting deliveroo twice to find out that it wasn’t even in the kitchen yet. Called again 20 mins later to find out it had only left. Food is good but do not get it delivered

Lovely food
Ordered through uber eats, big mistake. Took my order and my cash through the website, Got a text meagre 45 mins to say my order had been cancelled my order, phoned them and was told i only ordered chicken, chicken and lamb, you have to order the meat with a curry, if i wanted just chicken i would have gone to KFC. They said they tried to phone me but couldn't get through, how did i get a text then? was then told that i wouldn't get a refund, as they'd started to prepare, prepare what if you didn't know what i was having. Shame, we really did enjoy the food from there and wouldn't order indian takeaway from anywhere else. would take a lot to get me to come back to you. took my money and no food.....
tried to order on line rickshaw bill 25 plus 2 delivery ordered over phone 24 and 0 delivery you need to sort this tried to talk to someone over phone and the said they didn't understand not good considering I am a regular customer
Bad customer service food was meant to be delivered at 6.10pm didn't turn up so phoned them at 6.40 only to be told there had been a accident and they wasn't delivering my order but I could go collect. Or they would deliver later I then told them I didn't want it later as my 2 year old is hungry now. His reply was cook him beans on toast then. I won't be using them again !!!
