So so disappointed and very surprised after reading previous fabulous reviews. Tried to order newspapers for home delivery. Arranged. Never arrived. Called and was told newspaper delivery person \probably couldn't deliver any more\ and they \weren't prepared to speak to him/her about it\. Conversation was ended. Totally unhelpful. I am still amazed at the service I have received and the attitude. A simple \I am sorry we cannot take any more home deliveries on\ when I ordered would have been fine and, in this current climate of everyone at home, expected actually. I did initially ask the question whether they were doing home deliveries. I certainly will not be using this shop again.

Only use this shop if you check every single item’s price meticulously at the till, lost count of the number of times I’ve been ripped off here!! Most people are normally way to honest to check if they’ve been overcharged because they won’t print an itemised receipt. Also they don’t put any price on many products and make it up as they are going along. Today I questioned being over being overcharged. Trust me they don’t bat an eyelid blatantly lying about how they made a mistake. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere. They are daylight robbers!!
Great shop, was a saving grace in lockdown , has all essentials available. Keep it local, support our corner shops.
