Having trained with VN Team for a long time, I decided to move to the VN Checkmat Team HQ in August and so glad I did so. The gym is fresh and new with very professional coaches and the team (family) is second to none. A great atmosphere with an equally fantastic approach to the training, I’m proud to be part of VN Checkmat Team HQ!
