Disappointing. Viewed a commercial property 10th Nov and showed my interest and willingness to take on ASAP. Sent 2 emails the following day - one directly to the estate agent who we met to view to ask questions, no reply. One to the main office in Gravesend, no reply. Called 2 days after to chase up - told will be in touch. Still have heard nothing back - been 2 weeks. Am no longer interested. Poor service
Very rude, abrupt and not at all helpful. The woman that answered the phone is obviously in the wrong job. Need to work on people's skills. Definitely won't be calling this estate agent again!!!!!!
