I would like to start by saying that I understand the challenges we are all facing at the moment, but I cannot understand why we cannot find a better system to get in touch with someone for our own results. It has been 2 weeks and in the last 3 days I called everyday for my results. I was placed on hold for hours and when my turn, nobody answered. I called again and the same thing. I called next day, the lines were busy. I called at 12, the lines were busy again. I called today and I’m still on hold while I’m writing this review. There must be a better way.

Tried to call at 8 in the morning, nothing. Tried at 12, nothing. I tried so many times and no one picked up, all they are saying is that its 'busy' but when is it not busy, this is getting ridiculous, how can patients get any help if all they can is to sit on the phone and wait, while workers film their dances

Shambolic surgery they should all be fired because nobody is doing their job properly. They are using COVID as an excuse to back everything up to the hilt leaving patients to fret about repeat prescriptions, blood tests, results whilst their Locums claim 5K per day fees. Its an utter utter disgrace, its fraud its false representation and needs to STOP!

It gets a 2, because when I finally manage to speak to someone they are helpful. Getting an appointment is like winning the lottery. Trying to leave a prescription request in the mailbox is difficult because it is always full. Try to order prescription via app and they tell me I've ordered the wrong dosage and cancel the request. In their defence, I believe they have over 20,000 patients on their books as new surgeries are not being built to cope with the extra pressure of Ebbsfleet Valley. To all those who voted Tory, please don't leave negative reviews here ; what on earth did you expect when you ticked the ballot paper and voted them in again for the 4th time, just to give them the chance to finish their absolute destruction of our NHS. Your better off going to A&E than trying to get an appointment to see the GP at this surgery. The receptionist are so unhelpful and the feedback system at this surgery is terribly poor.... They need to find a way to improve their service. Very disappointed.

Diabolical. 84 year old mother requiring antibiotics for chest infection. Paramedic told her she MUST get urgent appointment with her GP.. Rang surgery for 4 consecutive days, 12 seperate calls, for apointment. 47th in queue, 32nd in queue etc, eventually 9th in queue then gets recorded message 'no more appointments today, goodbye" and cuts you off. Elderly father had to go to the surgery, stand outside, and literally beg and plead with the receptionist to ask the doctor to give my mum a phone appointment ! Both mum and dad so stressed out by it all. Disgusting to treat elderly people this way !

You end up phoning for over an hour and a half then nobody answers. Music plays and makes the blood pressure rise then the ringing on the phone starts which gives you hope then the phone cuts off. So annoying when you need to speak to a doctor and can't get through.

I can't make an appointment, I can't get through when I call, I'm automatically disconnected (I need a prescription for an antibiotic) I was sent to my GP after 111 and but it's either full of people or there's no doctor. Can't find help anywhere.
