Small project at home, ordered my bits was ready to collect in 20 minutes, no hassles. Good for large projects as well. Can always deliver to you as well.
Got half way through painting a room and ran out of paint. The 33 square metre coverage of the Wickes Kitchen Emulsion is misleading. It's more like 10 square metres! So I popped into the Gravesend branch for another pot of paint and they were out of stock. Asked when more would be available and they said don't know. Asked them to find out and they said they can't. I said well there must be someone in the whole of the company that knows when more is coming into stock in the central warehouse at least..... Apparently not! Very unhelpful. Will not be shopping in there again. Sure, Wickes is cheap but that's only because they are such bad quality - the products and the staff!
Very dark in store, not much variety of DIY Very disappointed
Young lad Harry was very helpful. Went here a few months ago. He helped me find the sealants I needed.
