Talked to a handful of web design companies. They were either overly priced or very \techy\. In the end I went with these guys because they explained things in a way that I was able to clearly understand them even though I'm not a tech savvy person. I was referred to them by a friend who told me that they were no BS and took care of their clients no matter how big or small. My friend was right. I don't have a huge company but I'm hoping the website helps me grow. Pricing was good. Communication was good. Delivery was good. Customer Service was good. Pretty satisfied and would recommend them to all my friends looking for web design work.

We hired Gravitate Web Design to create a brand new site to replace a website we had just paid for a couple years back. The old site was ok, and going into the project our expectations weren't high. Initially we liked the pricing and felt it was very competitive. We also like the way they explained web stuff to us since we aren't very tech savvy.... Wow Wow Wow were we amazed! We provided some general ideas and summaries of what we offer and Gravitate Web Design just ran with it!!! We felt like we got way more than we paid for after everything was said and done. Our existing clients have complemented our revised website and it seems to be attracting new clients since we're starting to see more messages in our inbox from the website than before! Overall we got a great website at a great price. We highly recommend these guys!
They're not the cheapest, but they're not the most expensive either. You REALLY get your money's worth! I couldn't decide on which company to use and Gravitate Web Design was very patient and helpful in answering all of my questions while I made my decision over the course of a few months and compared features and costs between different web design companies. What made me choose them above all was their way of communicating in plain simple non-techy talk with responses that I could understand. They were also very prompt in getting back to me whereas some of the other web design companies I reached out to took weeks to respond!!! In the end I was very happy with their quality of work. One company wanted to charge me 5K and have me provide them with all the content and images. I have a business to run. I don't have time for all that. These guys took care of just about everything for me. Website just launched so I'm stoked to show it off to my customers!!!! Thanks Gravitate!!!
Gravitate Web Design was very responsive and easy to work with. I've worked with a couple other web design firms before and I couldn't believe the value I received. I had previously paid 2-3 times as much at other companies so when these guys offered me a website at a lower rate from my previous experiences, I was a little hesitant at first. But boy oh boy did they deliver more than I expected. There was a lot of web and internet related terminology I wasn't familiar with and they did an excellent job of explaining it to me without making me feel stupid. They were extremely friendly and stress-free! One thing I noticed is that some of their clients are ranking really well in search results which means more clients for any business! I guess they offer SEO work so I'm looking forward to see what they can do for my business in that arena.
