We camped here for 3 nights. It was one of the better campgrounds we had. We camped all the way back of the park which meant a longer walk to the washrooms, but the privacy and the proximity to the river more than made up this drawback. Paid 30 for two wheelbarrowful of logs for the fire. I slept so good here because of how quiet things are here. At night, the sky gets so dark, I could see the milky way galaxy above. 5/5 stars.

We just returned from 5 wonderful days at this campground. WHAT A GEM!!! I will write a quick pros and cons list, but overall, this one was a trip that I will surely remember, and probably return to. Pros: -Beautiful, warm lake access -Friendly atmosphere, lots of trees, wildlife, minimal bugs (though bring a wasp catcher) -BEAUTIFUL sites... one of the prettiest I have stayed in -There is the most amazing rushing creek that runs through the campground so even though it is right off the highway, we didn't really hear any noise because the creek dampens the sound -General store that is walking distance -Surrounding area is amazing -Little park area has lots of room for kids to roam -So much to do in the area, even during covid (hikes, lake, canoeing, etc). -Full hook ups with zero issues -Price was very reasonable for what you get Cons: -Our site was very difficult to get into as we had to jackknife down a very steep hill (Luckily, some of the permanent residents were more than willing to assist us). I was grateful to have a giant diesel truck that day! I don't think all of the sites are quite as bad, but ours was. -Wifi is very very slow and I was unable to get service of any kind on the site (I am with Rogers). I'm not much of a phone person, so I survived. If you have to work while you camp though, this might not be a good fit. -Lake is on the other side of the highway, and you have to cross a VERY narrow bridge with no shoulder to get there.... which was pretty scary with kids in toe. But we did it many times and didn't die, so WIN!
a great family campground...shady and large sites Large playground with lots of active games Y
Thank you for accomodating us.. it was a nice and quite place.. It was awesome experience
Very friendly people. Good rates.
Cedar Grove is peaceful and very well maintained. Clean attractive washrooms with showers and laundry facility. The hosts are wonderful, we highly recommend Cedar Grove.
Stayed there in July 2018. We were tenting in the overflow area, but we had enough space. WiFi. Nice hosts. Highway is close but not too noisy. Decent paying showers and toilets. Access to laundry/dryer. Easy access to the lake (stone, not foot-friendly !).
It is situated along Gray Creek on Hwy 3A. The campsites and campgrounds are well maintained and have 30 amp power, water, sewer service. Washer and dryer. A nice large area and playground for young children. The washrooms are really clean and shower is pay for hot water only. 1.00 for my shower, I was conservative. It is a short walk from the campsights to across the Hwy to the Community Hall and access to the lake.
