About to own my 3rd Maserati from Graypaul Birmingham, everyone I have ever dealt with are highly professional and friendly especially Steve in Sales who seems to know which car I want better than I do! Though I would like to single out Sat in Service who goes above and beyond every time, no exceptions. My GranTurismo has had several issues so I have gotten to know Sat quite well over the last few years, he has dealt with every issue (and there's been a few!) with efficiency, professionalism and speed, he's never faltered to get me back on the road, or arrange a courtesy vehicle when needed within a couple of hours of me pestering him, he has an amazing sense of humour to boot and even when I've rang him several times in one morning he never ceases to be anything other than friendly, patient, helpful and professional and I consider Sat as one of Graypaul Birmingham's best assets (don't ever leave Sat, I'll be forced to buy a BMW instead!)

We've recently bought a Maserati Ghibli Sportivo X from Graypaul Maserati Birmingham. It is a beautiful vehicle that we are ecstatic with, my opinion this vehicle is that is the best sporty saloon around, such a class to it. Awful experience at Graypaul Maserati Birgmingham [GMB] I contacted them via email last year in Dec, as to what discount they do for Blue light customers for a used Maserati. A member of their team got in touch with me via phone next day and started talking about the car. I asked him, what discount did they did specifically, [since he ignored it the first time] for Bluelight customers and he turned around and said " Nothing actually". I was very shocked at his response and felt very cheated. The whole point of contacting them as a Blue Light customers was to have a favourable deal but it was far from true. Their advert felt very misleading and vague. Simply put the advert is used as a mens to attract customers with no real benefit for the customers. Also when you click on the Sytner Affinety link in the Blue light card account it take you to GMB page with all the available cars and not to any further details about what the deal involves. [Pics attached] I also pointed out how clear other car brands advertising is, just to be ridiculed and told that, their brands can't be compared with likes their brand. Since then I have spent several hours trying to contact them and put my point in the best possible way, but had very poor and unsatisfactory response. Whilst reading other customers reviews, I came across one where a customer was made to feel uncomfortable because the salesman thought that the customer couldn't effort their car. I had a similar experience when I test drove a Maserati GT at GMB. After spending nearly 4 hours with a salesman when I said I asked for some time to think and get back to him. He very rudely turned around and said " If I knew you weren't buying the car today, I would have not let you test drive it" Its a shame that customers are judged and looked down upon. Sad.

When it was fully understood the model and specification of the Maserati I was seeking people spent time in finding vehicles with specifications that they believed would be suitable to my requirements. I am very pleased with the vehicle that I purchased from them and thank them for this.
