Excellent service!!!!! My usual washer repair guy was too busy so I found Ian via google. It’s always a worry that your going to get ripped off when u try a new tradesman but I can honestly say what a lovely guy. Washer was fixed within half n hour and I was really happy with the price. Recently used Grays appliance Care to have a look at my leaking dishwasher arrived on time and very professional unfortunately the motor manifold had a crack in it so cost v a new dishwasher I went for a new one. Ian came back a few days later and did a fantastic job of removing my existing integrated unit and then installing the new one including doing a sterling job of getting the fitted door back on and aligned up perfectly . I would highly recommend 10/10
