Thank you to the manager and his team. I have a relatively new Honda model with parts not widely available in UK yet but they persevered to get the parts and return the car. They also have a good admin team who always answer the phone.
Well after reading some of the reviews on here I was seriously worried. Been in the motor trade 45 years and couldn't have been treated better by the staff and my car has come back looking perfect and have no complaints whatsoever. Fantastic customer service, highly recommend, fabulous.
I had to go through my insurance for a prang that was unfortunately my fault (hit an object, not vehicle) and I was directed to Artis. The service I received was great. Courtesy car dropped off and mine collected (drive-able). I received a call a few days later confirming the work was done, and to arrange delivery of my car/collection of the courtesy car. Very happy with the repairs and overall service.
Friendly staff work done to a high standard
I had my car repaired at the Artis Thurrock body repair site. Firstly the paintwork was the incorrect colour and then after closer inspection I noticed that The right rear wing that they told both myself and my insurance company had been replaced was /had been in fact repaired. I subsequently attempted to contact Artis (Thurrock) and talk with someone in charge to express my displeasure. Finally I managed to speak with I can only describe as on of the most Arrogant and obnoxious people I have ever had the displeasure to have had to deal with. Apparently I had absolutely no understanding about the repair procedures and I should be grateful that they repaired the parts on my vehicle rather than replacing them as my vehicle repair would have then been a total loss.the person that I had the unfortunate and complete displeasure of dealing with was “David FROST “. I find hard to believe that a 2017 E Drive 5 series BMW would have been written off. The value of my vehicle is still 26.000. I have since spoken with a BMW garage and they informed me that they would have easily repaired my vehicle by way of replacing the rear wing and I /my vehicle repair would stil have its original warranty.
Avoid. Complete waste of time. Very poor repair to front and back of my car after an accident. I complained to my insurance, they sent out an independant engineer who agreed with me. They took the car back for the second time to fix their mistakes. Before returning my car I spoke to the company and people what worked on my car. They reassured me that they had fixed the issue. They returned the car 24hrs later in the same condition, asymmetrical and wavy paint work. I am now awaiting for an independent engineer to come out for the sound time. I would never trust them with my car again. What a waste of time
