Terrible Experience

The quality was so cheap and poor, I would not recommend! I purchased a bed and mattress from here and I confirmed with customer services that the delivery driver will be able to carry it up the stairs for me. On the day of delivery, the driver called me and he was really rude as he was unable to find my property as he was unable to operate maps. Once they arrived, they refused to carry the items up the stairs for me. Once I unpackaged the items, I noticed plenty of faults for a brand new bed and mattress and it squeaked so badly. The bed came with wheels that do not have breaks so you would just slide around if you don't have carpet but if you don't have wheels/feet then it's near enough impossible to open the drawers. The bed frame was squashed and the packaging wasn't even on the corners properly to protect it. The material over the headboard is really poor and uneven. The quality overall is terrible, I complained to customer services as the bed is in worse condition than my 7 year old bed and mattress. They said they would resend it which meant I would be without a bed and mattress until they decide to deliver again and on the condition of me doing all of the heavy lifting (not sure why I paid for delivery if this is the case). I felt this was too much hassle so they refunded me 45 (not that I can get a new bed and mattress for 45 lol) never again!

Had a bed sent from Bedworld, driver was great and helpful. The bed was lovely and the matress was just as comfortable as any I have had from dreams, just a fraction of the cost. I bought from Thurrock store before lock down and put the bed in hold. Sent an email to have them release the bed and it was done quickly for me. Would Come back again that's for sure, Thank you

Bought from Tom at lakeside, service was excellent. The warehouse is where the deliveries come from is where there is a communication issue. Love the beds, beautifully made and value for money. If they get the logistics right everything else is great.

I will NEVER order from Bedworld again. This whole experience has been a headache. I didn't get any instructions with my bed. Therefore the assembly instructions are not clear. Secondly, the bed was faulty when it arrived. There was a rip at the back of the bed and the twin ottoman bases do not line up properly once fitted. Finally, there were only 3 bolts provided when I believe there should be one more. The bed was delivered by just one person which is unacceptable. I live alone in a flat and am unable to lift 3 separate parts of a heavy bed up 2 flights of stairs. I am extremely dissapointed with the poor customer service I have received from Bedworld and the communication has been appalling and almost non existent. I've been on hold for over 30 minutes on the phone with no answer, no answer to my emails and no answer to Instagram direct messages even when can see that the account is active and currently online!!! I am requesting a full, free refund from them. I DO NOT recommend Bedworld at all. The only reason why it's not just 1 star is because overall the bed looks pretty - I purchased the Elle Wing floating Ottoman bed.

I order abed on the 9.12.2020 got it and it was the wrong size .I spoke to manager and he told me he would sort it out so he sent me new one but when I received it it was the same as the other bed .told me it was free delivery. And now they have taken both beds back I pay just under 500 pound . I've been having trouble getting my money back .now they ere saying I can have 375 pound back as they ere now saying its delivery is 79 pound (but delivery isFREE ) not happy with any of there services very rude on the phone and I would not recommend them to any one .

Quite a strange experience. Ordered mattress on 19th Aug, with the promise of a 5 day delivery. Then we didn't hear anything until the 28th Aug when the delivery driver called to say he was outside our house with a mattress. When we explained no one was home, he said he'd leave it under our front window!!!!!!! Thankfully my sons were on half day at work and were on their way home, so driver waited for them and they checked it over and took delivery of it. Customer service is absolutely shocking. No answer to emails, no answer on phone, no arrangements for delivery. Mattress very very comfortable and reasonably priced, but reluctant to use again.

I so wished I had read the horrible customer experiences before ordering from Bedworld. They misinformed me about the delivery time and when I call, I am shockingly told by the Person on the other end of the phone that I 'should have taken the day off work' and put the phone down on me that I was swearing at them when I never uttered a swear word throughout my conversation with them. I am waiting on their complaint policy at present and anyone else I can speak to before progressing this. Absolutely unacceptable way to treat customers. Never ever again will I order anything from Bedworld and I have now formally cancelled my Order with them.

I bought a bed, recieved slats and wood covered in mould and fungus... I have pictures to prove it if I can upload them somehow. My three emails have been completely ignored, and I haven't been able to get through on the phone. Unacceptable. Especially in a time like this when health and hygiene are so important.
