So I can't be mean because the staff are such good fun, helpful and friendly. The bears themselves last a very long time and are a reasonable price. The outfits can get pricey if your not careful and don't set a budget, but the place is good fun and you can even book it for a birthday party.

Really polite lady served us. My little two year olds birthday. Was really good with both my kids and made the experience very enjoyable for all of us. They offer armed forces discount too which is awesome.

Had the most wonderful day out with my daughter and her friends celebrating her birthday yesterday. We were greeted by Charlotte and she was just amazing, showing us what to do and all the different options to make it special and unique. Even getting the entire store to sing happy birthday to my daughter making it that much more special and memorable. Jessica was the person at the machine and she helped my daughter make special wishes into her bear she was great. They all had a fantastic time and are so pleased and proud of the bears they made themselves. What a credit she is to your team. I can see many visits to your store in our future.

Very expensive. I thought the teddy's were made well but, my daughter got a batman teddy about 3 years ago and the back has started to open back up. She doesn't carry it everywhere so it's not been used a lot. I have teddies that's been used more and I've had longer.
