i love carphone warehouse n their insurance but phone hasn't been delivered and i keep phoning.waiting on automated call just 2 b told after about 5 mins 'hi, due to high call volumes we are not able to take your call. please try again later goodbye'!!!! so sitting on the phone 3 times so far!!! should say hi number of calls at the beginning then i wouldn't be sitting like a lemon on hold

went it in on Friday evening. with an old age pensioner and disabled person to just simply ask for directions and was meet with appauling attitude honestly. I only had quick question to ask even know the female member of staff was with a customer to ask just simple question for directions. I mean the shop was empty I dredd to think what these guys are like if you had genuine phone problem. stay clear with attitude like that trust me ahead over to big name mobile phone provider this shop has the worst trained staff. I will never set foot in another carphone warehouse with that type of hostility. avoid like the plague
