The new manager in the shop is extremely rude, she didn't take back a faulty unused product which they sold me a few months ago which was still within the SIX month warranty period. I have spent around 2000 over the past year, never had a problem. The staff (manager) is giving a bad name to an extremely good company. I will never return to this shop as long as this manager is badly managing the Grays branch. She will make many customers unhappy with her attitude.
Avoid at all cost, bought a phone that turns out to be stolen and when we try to return it because no network could access it because it all became blocked we are told warranty dont come into play, was also told this thing happened recently, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
I wandered through the store, browsing, a few days ago. As I was leaving I saw a brand new Remington Electric Razor in its sealed box. A very polite young lady served me; it had a one month guarantee at 40 and I bought the item. At home I checked with Remington online. They were selling the same model razor at 200! I then registered the item with Remington and received a three year guarantee! I repeat - the item I bought was new and unused! Amazing! An excellent razor as well.
