Staff really helpful and friendly. And reasonable prices on trade ins. Only problem i have is that i was trading two ps4 pads in and was told by one of the staff that they have to be checked and will take a hour. So i went away and took time and petrol to go back two and a half hours later and was told that they haven't been checked and to come back in half hour. This is poor communication and completely wasted my time. I should of been told to come back in four hours and then i wouldn't of had wasted time and a wasted trip.
