A great company with excellent and professional knowledge of the products and installation Chris came round for our appointment on time as agreed went through everything he could do for us regarding the camera installation and best place to have them mounted. We was over the moon with our quote and Chris booked us in for our installation which was few days later. On day of installation Chris arrived on time got down to work, was very clean tidy and efficiently done. After installation Chris went through everything with us to made sure we understood everything and he said if you have and problems I have my YouTube video to watch but if you are still unsure I’m only at the end of the phone and I will run through it with you Can’t be no more professional than that Thanks Chris

Absolutely over the moon with the work done by Chris @ChargedServices. He went completely above and beyond my expectations. Not only did Chris fit 5x new HikVision ColorVu cameras to my house but all the cables powering the cameras are hidden in the internal walls and the best part is that it’s completely invisible. No damage was done to any of my walls what so ever. He has some really clever tools and experience and the level of workmanship was second to none! I had a few CCTV companies come round and tell me it can't be done how I wanted it. Well not only did Chris do it exactly how I envisaged, he did it as standard, I didn't even have to ask! because as he said it's the proper way to do it. I also had Chris cover the house with ethernet ports for my fixed devices and a new TP-Link Wi-Fi mesh system that means my house now has crazy internet speeds all over. I can get my max Virgin Media line speed of 500mbps even on the top floor of my house no issue. I wouldn’t hesitate to have any further work carried out as the level of service, knowledge and workmanship is utterly superb. I honestly don't know why you would use anyone else.

From the initial first contact, I got an immediate response and a consultation visit the following day which was extremely thorough. Chris is very knowledgable, experienced and friendly, I had the cameras fitted the following week. The job was done quickly and with precision. We are delighted with the product - the quality of the cameras and the footage is outstanding. The after service is also great. I would highly recommend the CCTV System as a great investment and Charged Services as the installer.

Used Charged Services to have CCTV and Networking installed in my house. The cables were installed in behind walls without any damage and have enabled me to have peace of mind for security and a much better ability to work from home. They have also wall mounted my TV and again all cables to the TV are hidden in the wall invisible to anyone. They offer amazing services and finish all jobs to a high quality, I didn't need to get any other workmen in for 1st or 2nd fix, they did everything themselves.
