Very very happy with our floor fitted by Floors of London Ltd. From initial in -home consultation, help with choosing and ordering materials, to fitting - we were impressed at every stage. The floor (manufactured herringbone) has been down for a few weeks now and we couldn't have hoped for a better job. Great value and great service - I wholeheartedly recommend.

Best experience I have had with a tradesperson so far. They responded quickly, were very polite and respectful around the house. Gave me great advice on the best approach and delivered a great result. They were also super flexible as we worked out how to fit our day to day family logistics around a project covering the whole ground floor and stair cases. Highly recommend these guys!
Vel and his team are one of the easiest and nicest contractors I have ever worked with. Not to mention clean,tidy and precise. They work quickly yet thoroughly and keep you updated if anything problematic pops up. I handed over my house keys with confidence while they sanded and varnished my original Victorian floorboard and once finished even lifted my furniture back into place... they arrive on time and are extremely good at replying to all questions big or small via email and text. I would 100% recommend Floors of London ltd! :)
Vel is one of the best professionals I've ever come across in the trade. A specialist, but also easy to discuss different options with. Provided us with itemised quotes before starting and discussed ways of reducing costs with us, including agreeing to help show me how to do parts myself. Completed work to agreed timescales despite being delayed by another client. The job itself was completed to a very high standard and we are thrilled by our restored original floorboards - stunning transformation. Very reasonably priced as well. Vel even came back to touch up a couple of things we asked about. Cannot recommend highly enough!!
These guys have done two separate jobs at my house; flooring two bedrooms and a landing about a year ago, then recently they floored my living room as well. Both the jobs have been excellent, they arrived exactly when scheduled, worked very hard, they are nice, polite and communication has been very easy. They were also by far the most competitive of all the quotes I received for the work. I fully recommend them and would give them more than 5*s if I could.
I cannot recommend Floors of London Ltd enough. Vel and his team worked around our complicated schedule and were a pleasure to work with. They helped to recommend the best products, and finishes and did an amazing job for a very good price. They strengthened, sanded, stained and varnished our original pine floor boards, and the result is stunning. We're so happy.
Very professional service from start to finish. From the start of the project to the finish Vel was great and helping me with my fears of not getting it done, on time but it was perfect. Found via MyBuilder and can't say enough good about Vel, Vince and Val, they were hardworking, knew exactly what to do to make sure the floorboards looked amazing, they arrived and left every day on time, I have already recommended them to all our friends. If you get a chance to use them, don't hesitate!
