Best Tech shop in the area I would recommend Grays Tech to any of my friends and family. I created a google account just so that I could leave this review that’s how impressed I was with their customer service and how quickly they fixed my laptop. I also didn’t feel like I was being ripped off like sometimes happens as a women going into a tech/phone shop, but Grays tech didn’t have that atmosphere at all when I walked in. The staff are very friendly and professional from when I dropped me laptop off they explained what was wrong and gave me a great quote to when they rang me the next day to tell be it was fixed. They even made sure that I was happy with the repair and let me check that my laptop was fixed before I left. My laptop came out in great condition and wasn’t damaged while being fixed which is always a concern - they even cleaned it for free. Thank you Grays Tech I now know where I’m going to go if I have any problems with my laptop/iPhone in the future. 10/10.
