Hermes is the worst service I have ever known in my life if I could have them shut down tomorrow I’d be the happiest man alive Iv had hundreds of parcels delivered by them over the years and Iv never had a good service not one parcel has turned up on time loads gone missing now this week 4 parcels unable to be delivered as no one in the business delivery address is open 24/7 there is always people there now it’s effecting work soon as every eBay seller and retail seller stops using this joke of a service the better who ever owns this company should be ashamed of what he owns if anyone is planing on using this service DONT we need to make Hermes go bust

I have had a terrible experience with Hermes a few times now. They have just lost my daughter's birth certificate and other confidential identity information. This was supposed to be going to the Passport Office and now my daughter's passport will also be delayed and i have to redo the documents all over again and buy another birth certificate. It took such a long time to get this all organised. I will be going with the royal mail from now on. Gutted beyond words. I would avoid using this service.
