Hi I just want to complain against Indian Female manager working today on jan 05, 2021. I visited KFC grays around 5pm to collect delivery. I went to reception and showed my order and they sent me to the waiting area despite my order was ready. I went to waiting area n saw the Indian manager and told her that my order is ready and it’s getting cold, so I could deliver it in time. The lady asked me to go reception n I replied to her they sent me in waiting area and u saying go to reception and it’s not professional. Now I went to reception and showed my order again and the manager asked me to say the order no loudly instead of checking over phone to make sure it’s correct order. Then I again asked her look it’s not professional that food is ready and you guys keep delivery drivers waiting. And the other hand food getting cold, customer waiting for food. When I said this she refused to give me order and after 15 minutes waiting she made me To cancel it. So could you please instruct the manager to be professional and cooperate with everyone. This KFC staff is so unprofessional. Thanks

Delivery KFC always bad, not just because of the quality of chicken but lack of choice on pieces. Most recent delivery we received some darker than usual chicken. Waste of money straight in bin. I have been to order in person and whilst it was good, I’ve not had a decent delivery quality chicken. Either they give the dried ones for delivery and the fresh ones for people eating in or ordering in person.
Very nice staff in this KFC go here couple of times a week. Always friendly and if something is not right they sort it right away. Keep up the good work people.
Just witnessed a customer shouting and being aggressively rude to one of KFC's delivery drivers who was an elderly man because the customer was paranoid of the covid. I personally think these types of customers should stay at home if they are going to cause a misery to people who are doing their job to feed their family and pay their bills. Anyways I give the restaurant a 5 star rating because management understood that even though it was a customer he was a still human that is as unpredictable as any other human being flipping out at another human
Nice enough food and atmosphere, just a shame that the staff are really rude.
