Arrived 10 mins before appointment and let an employee know I was booked in for 11 and he said that once the car in the bay was done I was next around 20 mins later he reversed out that car and then another customer pulled in I got out to ask when mine would be done and he said you have an hour slot and that was that I returned to my car and waited another 35 mins watching 3 of the 5 employees crowded round an black r8 laughing and joking taking photos and generally standing around doing nothing with a waiting room full of people and me still waiting I got out a third time and another employee asked if I was ok and I explained again that I was expecting to be seen after the car was reversed out he also explained that it was an hour slot I understand the hour slot if everybody is busy working but it looked to me that someone who wasn't an employee as he wasn't in uniform was working on this audi r8 and everybody else would have to wait once the r8 was moved out of the bay the man working on it drove away the other employees then started moving the cars that had been sitting there for over an hour the whole experience has taking 2 hours start to finish and my tyres was left filthy with white stuff all over the tyres which I didn't notice until I got home terrible service I reccomend that everybody that books tyres online use blackcircles previously used blackcircles which was great serviced had a time slot booked when I arrived they greeted me straight away and the whole experience was 25mins from start to finish I didn't use them this time as didn't have a slot available for the day I needed

Bright & cheerful customer service over the phone and in store from Jass! Completely forgot my appointment one day and Jass moved me to the next day no problem!! And thank you to a very friendly Mo who got me back on the road again after a puncture repair within minutes! EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Had an issue with my tyre light frequently coming on so have had several visits; every time the guys have been very helpful, professional and patient. Great bunch of guys and great service and each time no charge. Santa will definitely be paying them a visit.
