I have never had a personal trainer before so I was a bit nervous about the whole process however Martin has been brilliant from day 1! The sessions are always different, fun but challenging and he takes into account what types of exercise I enjoy. I would highly recommend Martin as he is encouraging and isn’t afraid to push you to achieve your absolute best!

Amazing from the very first consultation! Martin has helped me achieve realistic goals and pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable of. We have two/three weekly personal training sessions and they are actually fun! He also helps with my healthy eating and confidence too going from having panic attacks and epilepsy when going out, to actually wanting to go out! Would definitely recommend Martin to anyone needing help with all areas of health and fitness.

Proper training from this man. The goal was to get my energy levels up for Xmas and we did it. I now go up and down the stairs without getting tired. This was not possible 2 months ago.

I have been to Martin’s bootcamp and used his PT services. He is very friendly and his workouts are always interesting and varied. He is a great motivator and good at pushing you to get your best. Definitely recommend.

I regularly attend Martins Bootcamps, and enjoy that they are varied each week with different workouts to help improve your fitness, he recognises your ability and pushes you, the group is also very friendly & welcoming. After the lock down I was anxious to return to training however within 5weeks I am feeling a lot fitter and better for it . Since attending the Bootcamp’s I decided to train with martin 1-1. He has tailored my sessions by incorporating exercises I enjoy, for example weight lifting and Boxing. He will also encourage An alternative, exercise if you don’t feel capable So you can build on strength, although there is no alternative for the hurdles but I can say I can finally jump over them without tripping over my own feet \u200d️ With the help of Martin. would highly recommend Martin, I look forward to my next sessions!! - Fab Guy, Fantastic Trainer

The sessions I had with martin were great. I told him what I wanted to aim for and he helped me get towards my goal. he gave me nutrition advice, and also sent me some home workouts. He pushed me to do my best and I felt I had a great workout for days after. I liked the fact he comes out to you and you can gain great results without going to the gym.

I've been training with Martin for just over four weeks now. He's a great guy and really puts you at ease. I've started exercising again after a break of 20 years and Martin has made each session fun and achievable. Every session is different and I'm always smiling throughout despite not really liking exercise. The additional workout plans he has given me to complete on my own are easy to follow and challenge me. If you want to get fit and have fun doing it I would definitely recommend Martin!!
