From the minute I arrived I was welcomed in. Safety measures where all in place, from sanitising hands to cleaning the glasses. I was very impressed with the range of glasses that where available. I actually picked up the first pair I liked and LOVED them. I couldn’t believe it. In all my years wearing glasses I have not truly liked the style nor choice that was available and would spend hours in stores trying them on. I was very satisfied with the service I received on the day. The staff were super friendly and very helpful and aloud me to have space to decide what glasses I 100% wanted. I highly recommend anyone who has been buying glasses from else where to switch to optical. For me it’s the best style there is. I’m very happy with my choice and the deal I got when switching to the contact lens deal also. 10 out of 10 service from me.

I had my consultation for laser eye surgery at Optical Express at Lakeside a couple of weeks ago. I was really nervous about the thought of laser eye surgery but I was immediately put at ease by everyone there. Any concerns I had were discussed in detail and following my consultation, I booked to have my surgery the following week at the Harley Street clinic. Its been 3 days since the surgery and any discomfort (very mild) I had has gone and more importantly my vision is great! I went back to Optical Express at Lakeside the following day for my post op check and will be seeing them again in a month for a further check up. I am really pleased I chose Optical Express for my surgery! I also want to say thank you to Kierah especially (at Lakeside) who assisted me throughout my consultation and during my post op check. So helpful and friendly!

My wife and I both had eye tests by different members of staff.. All the staff were friendly, helpful and thorough.. We bought 4 pairs of glasses and are waiting for them to be ready.. We talked about Lens Replacement too and the staff were very informative.. My wife is seriously thinking of getting this done in the new year.. We came out of Optical Express very happy.. I would definitely recommend these..

The visit was great, the staff were great, the only reason i have given a low star rating is that I only received my glasses prescription and not my contact lens prescription, but they did explain as I was trying out a pair, they couldn't say for certain until I had trialled a pair of contact lens, so if going for contact lens, be prepared to wait for that prescription.
