Nice and decent place
Wow best Chinese I've had in grays. Normally use China Phoenix as Oriental stopped delivery after refurbishing, China Phoenix delivery time has got so bad like almost two hours sometimes, phoned oriental tonight a and was pleased to see they're back delivering. So pleased as the Chinese so nice. Everything was spot on and the kids loved it. Duck was so nice asnd juicy in the chow mein. Will not be going anywhere else from now.
I normally by food from this restaurant but today I must say the service and the young man taking the order was deplorable. I place an order online wasn’t able to pay by card because the machine was broke I cancelled but the food still arrived. The driver was told to bring the food back and he offered for me to do a bank transfer which I did, call spoke to the young man I asked if it was ok he said yes so asking as he got his money. Customer service is import in any business and how you treat your customer is important. Very disappointed
Always excellent food and service. Very reasonable price and fast delivery. Been their customer for 6 years and never had any problems.
