Nick, Colin and the team are an absolute credit to the motor trade. My Audi A3 went in with a rattling timing chain and a coolant leak (also unbeknown to me an intermittent misfire which I couldn’t hear over the timing chain noise). Diagnosed the same day with a stretched timing chain, coolant leak from water pump and the misfire which required a coil pack. Picture of coolant leak from water pump and diagnostic report for misfire emailed to me. Answered all my questions without any hesitation. I collected my car today and it’s so quiet! You know that feeling you get when you go to any car dealership to either service your car or get a part replaced and they quote a price that makes your stomach sink? Well you would never get that here. Two of my work colleagues have been using Prestige vehicle repairs for over a year now (one has a BMW and the other has a Range Rover) for their yearly service and any repairs they need, and the price they get at Prestige is always competitive and \very very very low compared to the prices from main dealership\ (it is unbelievable). Prestige vehicle repair have a play area for kids, a coffee area (all free) and the seating area is just brilliant (I think I may just start popping in just to chill and relax). I also had the pleasure of dealing with Nick and he knows his stuff. Great vibes and exception customer service. (White honda CRV owner).
