When I entered I got a very abrupt voice telling me to put my handbag in the locker (I was carrying a tiny bag), which I did. Then the voice said “we close in 5 minutes”....... ok! I decided to just ask for what I want which is Cocochoco keratin and the man was yet again abrupt and replied, never heard of it, it’s probably illegal and from Brazil..... how strange that a hair supplies shop would never of heard of one of the biggest Brazilian blow dry products in the UK! And to call it illegal? I decided to leave and find somewhere that have good knowledge of products instead of moving on to the scissor section where I needed to place a large order!
