Always had great service. I have used Gray's several times to remove trees and also have had them clean up/thin out the limbs of some very large trees.
We have mature trees and this is not the first time we have had them pruned over the years. We used a different tree company the last time and we would never allow them to do any more work for us due to their lack of professionalism. Gray's Tree Service were very professional and knowledgeable. We had 4 huge trees pruned and they did a great job! We will definitely recommend them to our friends.
This is the second time I used this company to do tree work. I was very satisfied with their work four years ago. This time, I used them again. They cut a huge tree in my back yard this time,. The work was clean and safe. The next day of the work, we found underground water leak and plumber considered it might caused by heavy machine causing detached connection of water pipe. The owner of teh company, Mr. Gil Gray said he would pay for the repair if the leak was caused by the tree work and gave the plumber his credit card number. When the leak site was exposed, it was found caused by a hole on the pipe. It was not caused by tree work. Of course, we cannot let Mr. Gray to pay for that repair. However, I really appreciate Mr. Gil Gray's honesty. He is very friendly, professional and responsible. I have already recommended this company to one of my friends. We will go back to this company again when we need tree service. Another thing surprised me was they sent a person to clean the street after the tree branches were removed by truck.
