The sales team at smart of Lakeside were both extremely knowledgeable, helpful and supportive from my initial interest to final delivery of the vehicle. They sent me a lovely film the day before collection showing me my new car, Then followed up with a call the next day to check that all was well. Overall a very nice experience.

Took our smart in for service and they had it 945 called 1630 and said won't be done today so we said we wanted it back they didn't stamp the service book we asked them if they could do it which they did and said fill mileages in yourself!!!!!!

I have always wanted a Smart fourfour and decided to take the plunge. I visited Lakeside and Satnam was so helpful, he asked my exact requirements and found exactly what I wanted in my car. Sat helped me to find the perfect little Smart for me and I couldn’t be happier. Buying a car was a nerve wracking thing for me and he put me at ease straight away and ensured I knew exactly what the process would be, answered all of my many questions and I didn’t feel at all rushed when I was there. He also used his experience in the industry to help my Mum with a separate issue which she really appreciates.
