I got one of their Pumpkin Lattes, I do like pumpkin. I'd driven down from Outer Hebrides, on the way to Dover, to collect household stuff as I've moved up and needed caffeine! Latte wo wonderful and there service was fast and efficient from a really cheerful young lady; set me up for the day that! It's really nice to see a smile when your tired and have a very long day ahead.

Nice place to enjoy your favourite cup of coffee with friends or even have a meeting. It offers large seating area inside with some comfy places and few tables outside as well. Personal is very friendly and professional, always serving proper cuppa. It is not very crowded so I do recommend it if you are looking for calm place.
The coffee was nice, but the way the outlet has been set up to handle social distancing and stop cross contamination is poor and disjointed. On one hand the staff will not handle customers own refillable cups (insisting they are placed into mugs by the customer) while at the same time will pass a pen and paper to the customer to record contact tracing details and also with us, take prepacked biscuits from the customer, scan and then hand them straight back. If you are establishing a non-contact protocol then you have to maintain it across all forms of contact, otherwise what is the point.
Great space and great staff. Pity we can't sit in because of the lockdown. Be nice to chill during our shopping trips
brilliant place to get a coffee as the sun sets. Fantastic staff in particular Jayde and Natalia always going the extra mile when ever Ive been in. Very clean surroundings nice outdoor seating area for warm days. Cheers for the fantastic service :)
I have been there lots of times it was a great experience each time until today. The guy that took my order was great not so much the one that was making my drink. It was the worse version of the drink. I always get the same drink from different Starbucks. He seemed like he didn't want to be there. I paid for extra shot and wasn't given it at all. Regular customer that will not be returning any longer.
Coffee 10/10 food 9/10 staff 9/10 cleanliness 0/10. Customer tables dirty and empty bags and cups on tables, bins full. The toilet was awful, people walking out with toilet roll stuck to their feet. Appreciate it was busy but please!!
