I have been after a Tag Heuer for absolutely ages and popped in a few times to browse and was helped by Sophie. She took her time and helped me tremendously without any pressure to buy, even ordering me a link for my Wife's watch and arranging the fitting. After expressing interest in 2 watches, she ordered me a new one of both so I could see and try them on before deciding on which one to go for.Sophie kept in touch with me by phone and email all the time. I chose a Tag Heuer Formula 1, Sophie was on annual leave so I was served by Brooke. I cannot fault the service received in store by these two lovely ladies!! I thoroughly recommend the brand, the Lakeside branch and the very pleasant experience in store made more enjoyable by the professional and expert service provided.Loved the personal email after the purchase thanking me and offering any further help should I require it and that they would be in touch annually and when the service was due as well. Honestly a 5* service. Thank you so much!!

Took my automatic 3 year old Tag Watch into the store as it’s loosing time. The woman said I need to pay 360 for a service to fix it ( although the service intervals are every 4/5 years ) and said it would be away till the new year.. 3 months for a service? She wasn’t very understanding at all. I then went into another jewellery shop in the centre who recommended winding up the watch as the job I’m in may mean it’s not charging enough. Low and behold it’s working perfectly. Thank you tag lakeside for trying to get me to pay 360 for a service when it didn’t need one!

What a waste of time trying to use this store. Whenever I have tried to order a watch from them they tell me they cannot guarantee they can get hold of the watch. ? Why use a shop if they they can never guarantee a Tag Heuer watch.! This has happened twice to me in the last 6 months. Don’t bother as they are so unhelpful.

Helpful staff and asked for advice when the shop was not able to complete the task. The staff recommended that the item be returned to Switzerland at no extra cost which was a really pleasant surprise for us. Excellent service and trustworthy.

I would like to give a huge thanks to all the staff inside the shop especially sophie and jenna who helped me with my new purchase of a watch. The service I received was brilliant and I definitely would recommend everyone to go visit if you are interested in a new time piece . Even after my purchase I recieved a personal email thanking me and letting me know if I need any help to feel free to contact them . This made me very happy. Everybody is praising my new tag heuer aqua racer watch and saying it just looks so classy. Many thanks once again to sophie and jenna . Such nice people . I visited the shop twice and the first time I never felt under pressure to buy anything like you would do in most other shops. They even put my watch away for me so I can make my decision if I would want to purchase it or not. This is what I was delighted with the most.

I went there to buy a specific model Tag watch! They did not have it in stock, they couldn't get one delivered to this branch and told me l would have to pay for it and wait for it to be delivered to my home by post! When???? I wasn't happy with this so walked a few yards to Earnest Jones, they didn't have it in stock either, but they promised they would have it in 2 days! 2 days later l collected my New Tag watch.....why couldn't the Tag Boutique do this????
