Popped in on the off chance, since I was in Lakeside to see if they had a replacement screen for my phone which they did. The price they quoted was competitive with another and cheaper than others that I had previously gone to. In addition they could repair it within an hour, another phone repair shop informed me that it would take 3 days. Could not fault the service, price and repair. One happy customer.

The staff are very nice, but since I got my Iphone screen repaired my phone constantly overheats, parts of the screen randomly stop working and the phone starts pressing random buttons itself sometimes locking me out my phone. There is also a random yellow toned circle on my screen. Not happy considering how much money I spent on the repair, and the phone was completely fine up until that point.

They are lovely people but unfortunately its not enough to run a repair shop! I had two laptops taken to the store one year ago. I have finally got them back as since then we have moved quite far, but it was still in same condition! During the whole year we didn't received any update from them, we have asked our friends to go to the store and just collect it but apparently the right guy was not there to give as ether the update on what's happening or just to give our laptops back, it happened 3 times! at the same time occasionally been calling them and asking about laptops but always was same answer \the repairman not in\. When laptops been taken from them they told that it was worthless to fix it so they didn't, we still don't know what's wrong with it or how much the repair would cost, they have decided not to fix them on their own. So much time wasted.
